1 Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Norvin, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2 Role-Based Responsibilities
For Users (Customers)
- ✓ You agree to provide accurate address and contact details.
- ✓ You must pay for services/products as per the listed price.
- ✓ Any abusive behavior towards partners will lead to account suspension.
For Vendors & Hosts
- ✓ You guarantee that products/services listed are genuine and legal.
- ✓ Norvin is an aggregator; quality of service is your sole responsibility.
- ✓ Commission fees (if applicable) must be cleared on time.
For Delivery Partners & Technicians
- ✓ You must hold a valid Driving License and Vehicle Insurance.
- ✓ You are an independent contractor, not an employee of Norvin.
- ✓ Zero tolerance for theft or misconduct.
3 Payments & Refunds
Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways (Easebuzz). Refunds are processed only if:
- Order is cancelled by the Vendor/Host.
- Service was not delivered (Subject to investigation).
Refunds take 5-7 business days to reflect in your bank account.
4 Limitation of Liability
Norvin is a marketplace connecting users with providers. We are not responsible for:
- Quality of food, products, or hotel stays.
- Personal disputes between Users and Partners.
- Any injury or damage during service delivery, though we will assist in resolution.
5 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jorhat, Assam.
